At last I have managed to book another BioBeers Event at the Flying Dog Brewery on Wedgwood Blvd.
The date will be Wednesday July 30th from 4:30 until about 7:30-8 PM.
There is one slight change in the policy there. In order to offset the costs of plastic cups and top conserve plastic, they are now charging a “modest” $5, which gets you a pint glass you can take home with you. As you know, they do not charge for “tasting” their fine beer, so this is a pretty simple compromise, I think.
Once again, I will ask if anyone out there would like to sponsor, in terms of maybe purchasing a few sampling pint glasses, bringing some munchies (chips or veggies) and maybe a few Brats for the grill. Please let me know if you would like to help.
I am also requesting a brave volunteer to actually present some scientific fodder data for discussion. Otherwise, you’ll have to listen to me pontificate on the remarkable benefits from extracting your mesenchymal stem cells from amniotic tissue instead of bone marrow.
Please RSPV by leaving a comment or by sending me an e-mail. We will need a head count to know how much food and such to bring. BioBeers III was great and I hope we can add a few new faces to the BioBeers Roster this time. And, as always, please feel free to invite others you think may be interested.
